Robin Reininger

Founder and CEO

Robin is the Founder and CEO of hrthought, LLC.    She is a senior executive that has worked in both global and domestic roles in Fortune 500 Companies.  And, she is the author of, “Be The Change: A proven system to help you command change with confidence in your organization.”  

Ms. Reininger founded hrthought to partner with companies to help them grow their business by leveraging change using proven methodologies to develop leaders and high performance teams. By understanding their biggest pain points, hrthought helps leaders find sustainable solutions to deliver business results.  Professional services include: Leadership Development, Training Workshops, and HR Strategy Advisor.

Robin’s accomplishments include: 1) Being a member of an Executive team that took a company public; 2) Taking a direct sales model from $40M to a $300M national inside sales model; 3) Rolling out a global consultative sales model that improved profitability; and 4) Successfully coaching C-Suite executives from start-ups to large corporations to leverage change to grow their business.

Robin has an MBA from DeSales University and a BA in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College. She is a Certified Executive Coach.  In addition, her credentials include: SPHR, MBTI, ESCI, and Certifications in Human Capital, Transformational Leadership, and Strategic Selling. 

She is a member of the Advisory Board Council at UCF for SBDC Florida, Seminole Chamber of Commerce, Lake Mary Council, Association for Corporate Growth, and Center for Executive Coaching.
